Statute and GDPR Information Clause<\/strong> – English Version<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

VI Open Throwing Championship of POLAND 2025 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Participation in the competition is tantamount to accepting and agreeing to the provisions
    of the regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The participant accepts the regulations confirming that he or she takes part in the
    organizations at his or her own risk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Registration of participants lasts until July 25 2025.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Participants deal with regulations, safety including appropriate equipment and designated
    throwing areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a legal guardian.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. All participants and viewers not throwing must be at least 2m behind the Throwers – in the
    area designated by the Organizer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. The area 10m in front of and 3m on either side of the targets is fenced with a rope and
    only Competitors and Judges are allowed here. It is forbidden to stay behind the targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Throwing at a target is allowed only when bystanders are in the zones designated by the
    Organizer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. It is not allowed to throw a knife or an axe when the participant is lifting his knives or axes
    or when the referee is in the flight path.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Each Participant should make sure that knives and axes have no damage that could
    cause injury.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Throwing knives: minimum length 20cm, narrower than 6cm, minimum weight 200g, stiff
    blade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Axes: minimum weight 0.5 kg; maximum blade width 12cm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. Each participant must have third party liability insurance that covers all injuries and declares that He have it during whole time of the competition. The organizers are not responsible for any injuries or accidents caused by participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted anywhere.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  15. The Organizer reserves the right to change the dates, cancel the competition and change
    the regulations in the event of reasons beyond the Organizer’s control. Matters not regulated
    by these Regulations will be resolved by the Competition Organizer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    2. Personal data will be processed in order to document the organization of the Polish
      Championships VI Open Throwing Championship of POLAND 2025 Codename \u201eBNIT\u201d :
      registration of participants and acceptance of the rules and regulations (name, phone, email);
      The legal basis for the processing of the aforementioned data is Art. 6 par.1, letter a, GDPR;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Personal data will not be transferred to third parties;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Personal data will be collected from the moment of registration until the last day of the
      competition – until August 10, 08 2025;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the
      right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without
      affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection
      Office regarding a violation of the right to personal data protection or other rights granted
      under the GDPR;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusing to provide the data will result in not
      being allowed to participate in the competition.

      1. Udzia\u0142 w zawodach jest r\u00f3wnoznaczny z akceptacj\u0105 i wyra\u017ceniem zgody na zapisy
        regulaminu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Uczestnik akceptuj\u0105c regulamin potwierdza, \u017ce bierze udzia\u0142 w zawodach na w\u0142asne
        ryzyko.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Rejestracja uczestnik\u00f3w trwa do 25 Lipca 2025r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Uczestnik zobowi\u0105zuje si\u0119 do przestrzegania przepis\u00f3w bezpiecze\u0144stwa, w tym u\u017cywania
        odpowiedniego sprz\u0119tu i przestrzegania wyznaczonych miejsc do rzucania.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Uczestnikom poni\u017cej 18 roku \u017cycia musi towarzyszy\u0107 opiekun prawny.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Wszyscy uczestnicy i widzowie nie rzucaj\u0105cy musz\u0105 znajdowa\u0107 si\u0119 co najmniej 2m za
        Rzucaj\u0105cymi \u2013 w obszarze wyznaczonym przez Organizatora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. Obszar 10m przed i 3m po obu stronach cel\u00f3w jest ogrodzony lin\u0105 i mog\u0105 tu przebywa\u0107
        wy\u0142\u0105cznie Zawodnicy i S\u0119dziowie. Zabrania si\u0119 przebywania za tarczami.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      8. Rzut w cel dozwolony jest jedynie w\u00f3wczas, gdy osoby postronne znajduj\u0105 si\u0119 w
        wyznaczonych przez Organizatora strefach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      9. Nie wolno rzuca\u0107 no\u017cem lub siekier\u0105, gdy uczestnik podnosi swoje no\u017ce lub siekiery b\u0105d\u017a,
        gdy s\u0119dzia znajduje si\u0119 na torze lotu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      10. Ka\u017cdy Uczestnik powinien upewni\u0107 si\u0119, \u017ce no\u017ce i siekiery nie maj\u0105 uszkodze\u0144, kt\u00f3re
        mog\u0142yby spowodowa\u0107 kontuzj\u0119.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      11. No\u017ce do rzucania: minimalna d\u0142ugo\u015b\u0107 20cm, w\u0119\u017csze ni\u017c 6cm, waga minimalna 200g,
        ostrze sztywne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      12. Siekiery: waga minimalna 0,5kg; maksymalna szeroko\u015b\u0107 ostrza 12cm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      13. Ka\u017cdy uczestnik musi posiada\u0107 ubezpieczenie OC, kt\u00f3re pokrywa wszelkie obra\u017cenia cia\u0142a. oraz deklaruje, \u017ce posiada takowe podczas trwania wszystkich dni zawod\u00f3w. Organizatorzy nie ponosz\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci za uszkodzenia cia\u0142a oraz wypadki spowodowane przez uczestnik\u00f3w.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      14. Nie dozwolone jest spo\u017cywanie napoj\u00f3w alkoholowych w \u017cadnym miejscu w obr\u0119bie pola zawod\u00f3w.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      15. Organizator zastrzega prawo do zmian termin\u00f3w, odwo\u0142ania zawod\u00f3w i zmiany
        regulaminu w przypadku wyst\u0105pienia przyczyn niezale\u017cnych od Organizatora. Sprawy
        nieuregulowane niniejszym Regulaminem rozstrzyga Organizator Konkursu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
