IV Open Throwing Championship of POLAND 2024 Codename „BNIT”
- Participation in the competition is tantamount to accepting and agreeing to the provisions
of the regulations. - The participant accepts the regulations confirming that he or she takes part in the
organizations at his or her own risk. - Registration of participants lasts until May 31, 2024.
- Participants deal with regulations, safety including appropriate equipment and designated
throwing areas. - Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
- All participants and viewers not throwing must be at least 2m behind the Throwers – in the
area designated by the Organizer. - The area 10m in front of and 3m on either side of the targets is fenced with a rope and
only Competitors and Judges are allowed here. It is forbidden to stay behind the targets. - Throwing at a target is allowed only when bystanders are in the zones designated by the
Organizer. - It is not allowed to throw a knife or an axe when the participant is lifting his knives or axes
or when the referee is in the flight path. - Each Participant should make sure that knives and axes have no damage that could
cause injury. - Throwing knives: minimum length 20cm, narrower than 6cm, minimum weight 200g, stiff
blade. - Axes: minimum weight 0.5 kg; maximum blade width 12cm.
- Each participant must have third party liability insurance if it is offered as a standard
option by insurers in the casting party’s country. - Consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted anywhere.
- The Organizer reserves the right to change the dates, cancel the competition and change
the regulations in the event of reasons beyond the Organizer’s control. Matters not regulated
by these Regulations will be resolved by the Competition Organizer.

registration of participants and acceptance of the rules and regulations (name, phone, email);
The legal basis for the processing of the aforementioned data is Art. 6 par.1, letter a, GDPR; - Personal data will not be transferred to third parties;
- Personal data will be collected from the moment of registration until the last day of the
competition – until August 11, 2024; - You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the
right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without
affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal; - You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection
Office regarding a violation of the right to personal data protection or other rights granted
under the GDPR; - Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusing to provide the data will result in not
being allowed to participate in the competition.

- Udział w zawodach jest równoznaczny z akceptacją i wyrażeniem zgody na zapisy
regulaminu. - Uczestnik akceptując regulamin potwierdza, że bierze udział w zawodach na własne
ryzyko. - Rejestracja uczestników trwa do 31 maja 2024r.
- Uczestnik zobowiązuje się do przestrzegania przepisów bezpieczeństwa, w tym używania
odpowiedniego sprzętu i przestrzegania wyznaczonych miejsc do rzucania. - Uczestnikom poniżej 18 roku życia musi towarzyszyć opiekun prawny.
- Wszyscy uczestnicy i widzowie nie rzucający muszą znajdować się co najmniej 2m za
Rzucającymi – w obszarze wyznaczonym przez Organizatora. - Obszar 10m przed i 3m po obu stronach celów jest ogrodzony liną i mogą tu przebywać
wyłącznie Zawodnicy i Sędziowie. Zabrania się przebywania za tarczami. - Rzut w cel dozwolony jest jedynie wówczas, gdy osoby postronne znajdują się w
wyznaczonych przez Organizatora strefach. - Nie wolno rzucać nożem lub siekierą, gdy uczestnik podnosi swoje noże lub siekiery bądź,
gdy sędzia znajduje się na torze lotu. - Każdy Uczestnik powinien upewnić się, że noże i siekiery nie mają uszkodzeń, które
mogłyby spowodować kontuzję. - Noże do rzucania: minimalna długoś 20cm, węższe niż 6cm, waga minimalna 200g,
ostrze sztywne. - Siekiery: waga minimalna 0,5kg; maksymalna szerokość ostrza 12cm.
- Każdy uczestnik musi posiadać ubezpieczenie OC, jeżeli jest ono oferowane jako
standardowa opcja przez ubezpieczycieli w kraju rzucającego. - Nie dozwolone jest spożywanie napojów alkoholowych w żadnym miejscu.
- Organizator zastrzega prawo do zmian terminów, odwołania zawodów i zmiany
regulaminu w przypadku wystąpienia przyczyn niezależnych od Organizatora. Sprawy
nieuregulowane niniejszym Regulaminem rozstrzyga Organizator Konkursu.

Codename „BNIT”: rejestracji uczestników oraz akceptacji regulaminu (imię i
nazwisko, telefon, email); Podstawą prawną przetwarzania wyżej
wymienionych danych jest Art. 6 ust.1, lit. a RODO; - Dane osobowe nie będą przekazywane osobom trzecim;
- Dane osobowe będą przechowywane od momentu rejestracji, aż do
ostatniego dnia trwania zawodów- do dnia 11.08.2024r.; - Posiadają Państwo prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz prawo ich
sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia
danych, prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu, prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym
momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego
dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem; - Mają Państwo prawo wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych
Osobowych w zakresie naruszenia prawa do ochrony danych osobowych lub
innych praw przyznanych na mocy RODO; - Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, jednakże odmowa podania
danych skutkować będzie nie dopuszczeniem do udziału w zawodach.
Każdy kto się rejestruje na Mistrzostwa Polski zgadza się ze wszelkimi zapisami powyższego regulaminu oraz RODO.
